Outdoor Film Festival Arrives at Rock Creek Park
Comcast, the National Park Service, and the DC Film Office to Present Two Nights of Free Movies in the Park
Comcast, the National Park Service, and the DC Film Office will present the Comcast Outdoor Film Festival at Carter Barron Amphitheatre at Rock Creek Park for the first time on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29. The festival will offer two nights of free movies on a 40 foot screen in the beautiful national park setting.
Stadium seating will be provided inside the amphitheatre. Free tickets will be given out at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre box office (limit 4 per person) prior to the event, beginning at noon on both days.
Saturday, August 28 – “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”
Sunday, August 29 – “Invictus”
***Gates open at 7:00 p.m. each evening, and the movies begin at dark***
